Melissi Beach Hotel & Spa has taken actions to reduce its environmental impact and to promote sustainability by adopting Travelife.

Travelife is an international sustainability certification scheme for hotels and accommodations. It is a standard that helps to improve how hotels manage their environmental and social impacts, such as reducing energy or water consumption and ensuring to support local people, businesses and culture. In addition, it covers issues like human rights, child protection and employee welfare.

Our environmental and sustainability action plan sets targets for saving energy, water and chemicals, reducing our waste and supporting the local community. All hotel departments and employees participate in this effort. We also encourage our partners, suppliers and local community to implement similar practices.
