Cancellation Conditions
The purpose of this document is to inform you about the cancellation conditions operated by Melissi Beach Hotel. Please read carefully the booking rules below.
- For cancellations made 7 days or more, prior to arrival date: no cancellation fees will apply.
- For cancellations made within 24hrs to 7 days, prior to arrival: a cancellation fee of 30% of the total cost of the booking will apply.
- For cancellations made within 0hrs to 24 hrs prior to arrival, or in case of no show: the total cost of the booking shall be charged.
Non-Refundable, Non-Cancellable or Similar
If the room you are booking is labelled as non-refundable, non-cancellable or similar, all cancellations will incur a 100% charge, regardless of the date that the cancellation is requested.
Exceptions
When exceptions on the cancellation policy are applicable, this will be mentioned on the confirmation of your reservation.
Prolongation of stay
The extension of the stay requires an additional reservation and is subject to availability and fare rates.
